The Mesón de la Flota (the Fleet’s Inn) brings to mind the traditional 18th and 19th-century Spanish taverns that served as a meeting place for sailors travelling on board the galleon fleet during their stay in Havana port, hence the symbols of seamanship, small replicas of old ships and maritime signal code flags. Visitors arriving at this roadside bar can enjoy a wide variety of wines from different countries and a choice of Spanish tapas, as well as cold and hot starters, main courses with the garnish of your choice and local and Spanish desserts.

Another attraction here is the flamenco show with various exponents of flamenco music, whose singing and dancing makes visitors’ stay more enjoyable. Just a few steps to the Old Square, on the ground floor of the hotel of the same name, the restaurant is one of the roadside establishments on Mercaderes street, not far from the Chocolate Museum and Café Taberna.
